Terms and conditions
Our experiences include:
Certified Guide, safety instructions and First Aid Kit, all insurance in accordance with Portuguese Law, free pick-up and drop-off in an area to be agreed with the customer.
Our experiences do not include:
Food and drinks and Entrance fees to any location that requires entry to museums, swimming pools, viewpoints, etc.
We suggest for experiments:
Bring appropriate clothing, footwear and accessories (for hiking), waterproof, water and snacks.
Photos of the experiences:
Grant to Pure Spirit Adventures. license to use, reproduce, edit on our website, and on our Facebook and Instagram pages any photo taken by Pure Spirit Adventures during the experience and which will also be provided to you via email.
Cancellations of our experiences:
Only cancellations made upon request 48 hours in advance will be refunded. If you do not show up on the agreed day, place and time, the value of the experience will not be refunded. Experiences may be canceled with refunds or changed due to weather conditions. The refund will be the value of the reservation minus the commission deducted by Paypal, if that is the payment method.
